The TelstraSuper MySuper options are going strong with a top 10 performance* over the past 10 years.
This fantastic result to 30 November 2021 backs up our 2020/21 financial year performance which delivered some of the strongest investment returns in our 31 year history, and saw the Growth, Balanced and Conservative options in the top 10 performers^ for that financial year. These strong results show that we continue to be positioned as a leading profit-to-member super fund**.

Strong performance to 30 June 2021
TelstraSuper Chief Investment Officer, Graeme Miller, was delighted with the 2020/21 results.
"I’m thrilled to report that in the year to 30 June 2021, our Balanced, Growth and International Shares investment options delivered their highest returns for a financial year, in our 31-year history. And our Australian Shares, Defensive Growth and Diversified Incomes options delivered their second highest ever financial year returns."
He also emphasised, "It’s a privilege to be entrusted with the management of your superannuation savings. Your team of investment professionals will continue to manage your investments in a prudent and proactive manner, remaining vigilant to identify both opportunities and risks as they emerge. In this way, we expect to continue to deliver strong outcomes for our members over the long term.”
Super is a long-term investment
These returns demonstrate that it’s important to keep a long-term perspective on your investments, even if you are nearing, or in, retirement and stick to your long-term plan throughout both market ups and downs – especially during volatile markets like we’ve seen during the global pandemic.
And while we can’t promise that returns will continue soaring at these heights (past performance isn’t an indicator of future performance), we are glad to say that we continue to be positioned as a leading profit-to-member super fund.
To get a better idea about the long-term performance of super, lets have a look at the growth of a $100,000 investment in the TelstraSuper Balanced option over the past 20 years.
